That is why we host guest master teachers, where you will benefit from their approach of the theory, philosophy and useful tips for the practice of yoga asanas. All guest teachers offer 20 up to 45 years of experience of refining their teaching skills.

What’s the difference between Workshops, Masterclasses and Teacher Trainings?

All upcoming events are aimed for all levels, but do not suit beginners without any yoga experience. If you love yoga and want to learn more, you will deepen your knowledge in all of these events.

Each workshop is 2.5-3 hours long and is based on one theme.

Masterclasses

Masterclasses are all day intensives taking place on a Saturday and Sunday, or on a long-weekend for 3 to 4 days. Masterclasses are part of the RYS-300 Hours Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training, but are also to the interested students who practice regularly and who seek an in-depth study of yoga. You will be asked to an intermediate to strong level in your practice and to respect the teacher-student exchange for those planning to graduate from the RYS-300 Hours training.

Yoga Teacher Training Formation at INNERCITYOGA in Geneva / Geneve

Yoga Teacher Trainings are open to aspiring teachers who want to turn their passion into most satisfying and life-affirming profession.
The trainings are open also to “regular” students of yoga who seek to depen their understanding of the system of yoga. Half of the graduates of the program attend the training to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the traditional yoga practice. You will find the program beneficial to your personal growth and benefit tremendously from the blend between eastern and western cultures.
 

RYS-200 Hours Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training

The RYS-200 Hours Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive and complete system that prepares you for launching your teaching career. It is the perfect foundation that provides new teachers with the knowledge and tools necessary to start teaching while respecting the students' safety and building your own voice. You will be well prepared for your professional teaching career with the foundational RYS-200 Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training that covers the  basics of most major yoga styles.
The RYS-200 Hours YTT takes place in two segments so that there is a time to deeply immerse yourself into the learning and practicing.
That’s why we like to call it also the Urban Yoga Training Retreat, right at Rive, in the heart of Geneva.

RYS-300 Hours Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training

The RYS-300 Hours Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training is aimed first at graduates of a RYS-200 hours foundational training. It is certfied by Yoga Alliance.
Certain segments of the training, called Masterclasses and taught by specialists in their fields, are open to the interested public. Each Masterclass is between 2 - 4 days long and usually takes place on a long weekend.
