200 Hours DEEP FLOW YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Years of Yoga Training Experience at INNERCITYOGA®
INNERCITYOGA® is a RYS-200 and RYS-300 Registered Yoga School, certified by the internationally accepted standards of Yoga Alliance. The Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training has been created by INNERCITYOGA® founders Ioana and Patric Pop.
In the Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training we included our knowledge of over 25 years learning from and training with the world's most respected yoga teachers as well as teaching for nearly 20 years.
Our main goal is to provide best quality instruction to both our regular students at the studio and to the trainees in the training. That is why we do bring in a specialist, our dear friend Joan Hyman, to teach INNERCITYOGA®'s proprietary Deep Flow program. Joan brings in the experience of 30+ such trainings around the world; she has been leading all trainings at INNERCITYOGA® in Geneva and has become a familiar face at the studio.
Certain special topics are covered by the studio founder Ioana Pop and Managing Director Patric Pop, who are known for their detailed and charismatic teaching.
For each edition of the training, we review the entire content to help you progress in your learning process.

Your INNERCITYOGA® Deep Flow Yoga RYT 200-hour training diploma is certified by Yoga Alliance and will be recognized and respected by yoga studios worldwide.
AND ALSO FOR Passionate “REGULAR” YOGA STUDENTS
Half of our graduates of past trainings took the training out of personal interest to deepen their knowledge of yoga without expressing any plans to pursue a teaching career. Taking the training is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge and understanding of the traditional yoga practice.
Again, you will find the program benificial to your personal growth and benefit tremendously from the blend between eastern and western cultures.
Curriculum of the RYS-200 Hours Deep Flow Yoga Teacher Training

This foundational 200 hours yoga training emphasizes the deepening of your personal yoga practice. Understanding the mechanics and functional anatomy of the essential yoga asanas helps you in the study of the complex yoga system. As an aspiring teacher and/or serious yoga student, you will benefit greatly from INNERCITYOGA® 's most comprehensive, intensive approach.
You will learn how to correctly align all basic asanas, understand the anatomy involved. Beyond the physical aspects, you will deepen your understanding of philosophy, mantras and basic ayurveda.
